Dr. Christine Knight, Ph.D., R. Psych
PSYCHOLOGISTS
Christine has almost two decades of experience providing psychological and neuropsychological assessment, diagnosis and treatment to adult and geriatric clients with a wide variety of mental health issues, co-morbid medical conditions and functional difficulties including cognitive impairment and dementia, traumatic brain injury, developmental disabilities, personal injury and chronic pain.
She uses strength-based and person-centered approach to the treatment of depression, anxiety, insomnia, grief and loss, stress management, coping with change, dealing with chronic illness, as well as helping clients overcome trauma and PTSD.
Christine received her B.A. in Psychology from McGill University, a joint M.Sc. in Applied Psychology and Gerontology from the University of Waterloo and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Lakehead University. She has an appointment as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Calgary
